Search Types Search Maps Now The following search types are available for viewing maps. All Maps Use this option to select all maps from the site. Whole Site, Cultural Units Use this option to select maps that show all structures and excavation units at a site. Maps showing the topography and cultural remains visible on the modern ground surface are also available in this search. Whole Site, Sampling Units Use this option to select maps that show the units selected for excavation as defined by the sampling strategy for the site. Plan Views Use this option to select plan-view drawings of architecture and excavation units. Stratigraphic Profiles Use this option to select profile drawings of stratigraphy. Architectural Profiles Use this option to select profile drawings of architecture. Specific Study Unit Use this option to select all maps for a given study unit by number (for example, Structure 501). Select only ONE site at a time when using this option. Study Unit Type Use this option to select plan and profile maps for a specific type of study unit (for example, structures). Map Number Use this option to select a map from a list of all maps from the site. The list includes the map title, as well as, the map number.
