The function of this structure is unknown. Only a small portion of this structure was tested within Excavation Unit 165. This structure may be an earth-walled pit structure.

Dating

Abandonment
|
Structure 137 was intentionally burned prior to abandonment in the Early Pueblo III period. The burned roof sediments collapsed onto the structure floor.
|
Postabandonment
|
Natural wind and water sediments and cultural material (Nonstructure 9024) washed into the depression and covered the roof sediments.
