ABOUT THIS NONSTRUCTURE

General Location	North of butte.
Specific Location	Flat area north of slope on north side of butte.
Selection Criteria	See associated excavation unit(s).
Use	This bedrock surface was used as work surface (numerous bedrock grinding features) and as an all-purpose outdoor use surface; The clay surface was associated with leveling for construction of walls.
Abandonment	Abandoned when occupation of the village ended as a result of an attack on the village.
Postabandonment Processes	Covered by wall collapse from numerous structures, alluvial and colluvial sediments from slope to south, and aeolian sediments.
Dating of Construction	No construction dates; assumed to have been constructed during the only identified occupation of the site (A.D. 1256-1285).
Dating of Remodeling	No evidence of remodeling.
Dating of Abandonment	Inferred to have been abandoned when occupation of the village ended---sometime after A.D. 1274.
Dating of Midden
Dating of Reuse	No evidence of reuse.
Date range	1 (A.D. 1256–1285)
