Laboratory Manager


Full-Time; 40 Hours per week
Pay Range: $55K – $66K Salary

Seeking an experienced manager-level professional who provides leadership to laboratory personnel; supervises artifact analyses and artifact-based archaeological research; ensures data integrity in the Center’s research database; and disseminates research results through the production of professional reports and papers. The Laboratory Manager also works with the Executive Vice President of the Research Institute in the writing of grant proposals and in the follow through with project deliverables.

For 40-years Crow Canyon and our partners have educated students, teachers, and the public about archaeology and American Indian culture. As we look to the future, we are seeking a Director of Education to expand programs that are beneficial to Crow Canyon’s Indigenous partners and other stakeholders, that incorporate anti-bias anti-racist pedagogy, build cross-cultural competencies, and advance equity and social justice.

Position Summary:
The Systems Administrator assumes responsibility for the coordination, integration, and implementation of technology across the organization. The person in this position will be responsible for evaluating and implementing technology solutions to support administrative, communications, website, mission delivery and support-services functions. This person will work with leadership across the organization to envision how technologies can improve efficiency and effectiveness and help increase Crow Canyon’s public impact. This position is not a remote position.
