Mr. Riley is an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Acoma. He is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and served as the appointed 2nd Lieutenant Governor of the Pueblo in 2015 and Governor from 2016 through 2018. He is currently retired but remains active in his retirement. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Parks Conservation Association and is an advisory board member of the National Parks Conservation Association Southwest Region. He is a member of the Pueblo of Acoma Historic Preservation Office Advisory Board.
